the location is pretty good, close to longbridge railway station and a shopping area. the room was reasonable, comfy bed and clean linen was nice. the staff were friendly enough, it had a sort of relaxed vibe. the parking was handy too, lots of space available if you have a car.

Had a great time up in the bar, the DJ was on fire! Free entertainment while drinking, can't beat that! The room was nice and clean, cozy even if it was kind of loud upstairs.

For the price, it wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

I had a great stay for one night in a Standard Double Room. The location was just what I needed, and the bed was really comfy, which made for a restful night. I appreciated the immaculate linens and towels. the shower did have a minor issue, but it was promptly sorted on the same day.

The room had decent space for a family of four, offering a practical layout for our stay. The facilities seemed well-designed for groups, accommodating everyone's needs, albeit without making a fuss about it.

The room felt like an icebox when we arrived—had to crank the heating to the max, but it barely warmed up. Forget about a warm cuppa in the morning unless you’re lucky enough to borrow a kettle. we ended up huddling with coats on to keep warm. Showers could use some sprucing up. I discovered a mixed bag of cleanliness issues with some stray hairs lingering behind. Signage through the corridors was a puzzling maze—no clear directions, just a few random doors to navigate. We also found the TV instructions bafflingly in Polish, which seemed a bit off. Towel and toiletries situation was less than ideal—with no towel rail and no glass for water. I reckon a bit of effort could really elevate the experience here.
